Removed all trash containers from the building and funneled everything through waste stations.

What has been your biggest success in terms of green initiatives at your event?: 

Taking an event were everything used to end up in the trash and turning it into an event where next to nothing was put in the trash. Telling the facilities director that we would not fill up her dumpster this year.

What has been your biggest challenge in terms of green initiatives at your event?: 

Working with vendors to change their practices - no candy wrapper, no cheap disposable trinket giveaways.

How were the green initiatives received by event attendees and/or vendors?: 

Attendees were very receptive and enthusiastic.

Yes
